• OGHSFL waiver:  required for insurance purposes and to compete  (link here)

• Sports Physical: required by APS for any sport (link here)
   

Dues

• Dues:  The annual team dues are $261and will help cover the expenses of operating the club, which include dues to the league, fees for tournaments, supplies, etc. You can pay your dues through this link.)
